This video is an Introduction to Bio Health Education (BHE), a unique health concept that merges physical, mental, and social wellness/health for individuals and groups. The video consists of three parts, each being a brief overview of those three areas of health as defined by BHE. Each course is further addressing one of the three levels of the health education prevention model.
BHE is the result of the years of research behind the other side of the curtain - recovering from a deep coma or the power of dreaming.
