This video will give you the knowledge, confidence, and skills in dealing with completing a Last Will & Testament, along with a Proof of Identity Affidavit form, for notarization. You will be able to answer questions for your clients and properly and professionally assist them with the signing requirements and notary needs and concerns with signing and notarizing of these forms such as statute witness requirements along with the notary process and whether or not your clients need this document notarized.
Requirements
No previous notary experience is required, but at some point, if you're not already, you must become a commissioned notary public in the state in which you wish to use these notarization skills.
