About the Video

20 minutes lesson covering the essentials of the famous Qi-Gong sequence Shibashi.

This short video will teach you essential posture and movements that will help you in your Shibashi practice.

What will you learn in this video?

  • Correct posture for the practice
  • How to shift weight
  • To use the lower dantien to move upper limbs

You will be able to apply what you have learned in many movements of the Shibashi sequence.

Note that:

  • These exercises are for people who already practice QiGong and are to be used as a reference based on what we do in live classes.
  • Do the exercises with a calm mind and in a well-ventilated place.
  • Do not go to extremes in movements either while breathing.
  • Avoid tensions and micro-tensions in the body.
  • Go where the body feels happiest.

To learn QiGong well please find a QiGong teacher in your area.
