Rod has been a trainer, multimedia producer and management development specialist for 20 years.  He has worked for companies like Honda MPE Australia and numerous training organisations.  He has worked as a senior manager in a range of industries.  Rod also has accreditation in Neuroleadership, DiSC profiling and Brain Based Coaching.  He holds a degree in Economics.
