I have tried three work profiles in 4.5 yrs. before I settled on the fourth one (9.5 yrs). 

I transformed from a College Fresher to a polished professional by working for a Big Four (Audit). I traded Interest Rates Futures & Options and learnt what is greed, fear and stop loss. I worked for an I-Bank and understood how to pitch for new business.

The fourth assignment - my own venture. Theme - Corporate Training & eLearning. It taught me a lot in human psychology, new technologies, know-how of diverse industries, communication, interpersonal skills, team building - and most importantly - "Stay Hungry - Stay Foolish".

Problems we solve @ Yoda Learning Solutions:

1. Make classroom training programs 3-5x time more effective - by creating an ecosystem of learning aids such as pre-training prep videos, post-training recap videos, "non-Google searchable" case study based assessments, 1-pager cheat sheet, picture based eBook.

2. Make elearning modules (a) shorter in duration (45 mins. video courses broken in 5-7 mins video) with better planning and (b) more engaging with animations, annotations, smart editing. This ensures 5-8x times better completion rate. We believe in creating a "pull" from learners rather than rely on L&D's "push".

3. Heavy focus on Tips & Tricks with "quick wins" and actionable learning.
