Diversity and Inclusion is not just the focus of my Master’s degree and the majority of my vocational experience, it is also my mother’s specialty. I both grew up in this field and trained rigorously. My Masters is in Social Change, as a result I am adept at Organizational Development  as a diversity, inclusion, equity and sustainability educator, evaluator, consultant, researcher, writer, and strategic planner with a collaborative partnership focus. My experience in mediation, coaching, tailored organizational consultancy, and in instructing social capacity, and emotional intelligence building programs means I have an integrated relational aspect to my work which I have refined. In both my academic and professional life I have consistently been praised as someone who is integrative and both highly intelligent and empathic. I have for years regularly conducted equity and trauma recovery focused trainings and research for groups, communities, organizations, and businesses. I have developed my own compilation of Monitoring and Evaluation approaches to social protection.
