I have been a professional genealogist in the United Kingdom for over 20 years.  I have a First Class Honours Degree in History/Literature, and a Diploma in Social History Research.  I am also a self-published novelist, writing mainly within the historical or historical flashback genre, which usually also include an element of mystery or fantasy.

As well as creating genealogy and writing courses, I am also developing courses related to recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  I was diagnosed with this in about 2001, and have spent a lot of time researching various management and recovery strategies, as well as going on a recovery programme myself, and am now mostly recovered, though I still need to be careful, and have the occasional flare-up.  I have now brought all the strategies I've learned all together into an 8 week programme to help others to recover from CFS.
