Before creating her own business in 2019, Ulrike has been a communications leader for over 20 years, steadily climbing the corporate ladder until she became a member of the executive committee of an international pharmaceutical company based in Zurich, Switzerland. She shaped award-winning engagement programs and successfully brought leadership, engagement, and change programs to life.
Today, she is combining some of the most advanced self-development techniques with her own experience as an executive to provide female leaders with tools that make a significant difference and help them grow, reach their most ambitious goals, and arrive in a zone of lasting high performance and happiness.
She holds a MA in Marketing Management from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France, and is a certified member of the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). Ulrike is a systemic coach using NLP and Constellation processes based on the St. Galler Coaching Model (SCM)®, which understands coaching as an assistance for lasting development and expansion of human values and goals. She holds several diplomas of the Coach Academy Switzerland and her methodologies are systemic, value-oriented, and 5-dimensional and are used in both professional and private contexts.
