My name is Nageswara Rao. I am an IT leader with 34 years of experience in large product development companies, heading R&D; centers in India. In my latest job, I was working as the Vice President of Engineering at Unisys, based in Bangalore. Prior to that, I headed engineering groups and R&D; centers of companies like Sun Microsystems and Oracle, spending about a decade working in the US.
 
I am also a Certified Personal Transformation Coach and a Master Spirit Life Coach. I specialize in helping people achieve success by helping them transform themselves from within. Over a year ago, I decided to pursue my passion for helping people achieve success, and started my coaching practice called What's My North?
