I am a real estate and investment consultant based in sunny island Singapore I currently help family offices in Asia with their acquisitions and deal structuring and advise retail investors on building up their dividend/ REIT portfolio and maximize their yields Previously, I was a senior financial analyst working under a private equity fund with an AUM of more than $USD200 million, helping them seek out attractive undervalued stocks in South East Asia and Greater China. Prior to that, I worked on commercial real estate acquisitions for large listed organization, covering a wide range of asset classes across the Asia and Europe.
