I began my career by stumbling into lifestyle television in the late ‘80s, writing and directing over 1000 stories before moving in front of the camera and learning to find my own voice. In 1995, I also began a lifelong commitment to personal growth, and started pursuing my dream of performance. I transitioned to lifestyle reporter, then TV host, then actor, writer, and short filmmaker, creating a one-woman stage show and winning a couple of awards along the way. After years of striving, I became exhausted, and by 2014 had to stop work completely. I used my journal to transform years of fatigue into a spiritual experience that I shared through gatheryourwits.com. As I've continued to heal my fatigue, I've decided to go back to my first love, acting and filmmaking. As of September 2020, I will be shutting down my site and moving on to this next adventure. I'm married to my beloved husband, Alan, and live in Toronto, Canada.🇨🇦
