Karen is passionate about eating amazingly tasty food that just happens to be good for health. As a retired intensive care nurse and a practicing naturopathic nutritionist, she believes that a whole-food plant-based diet is the way to go, and knows from personal experience just how effective it is in preventing, managing and even reversing chronic health problems. As The Sensitive Foodie, Karen runs online courses, workshops and classes as well as her online Nutrition Clinic twice a week. She is an author of Eat Well Live Well with The Sensitive Foodie and regularly gives talks and demonstrations for various organisations.
