I am a lifelong learner with over 45 years combined experience in government, private industry, academia, private industry and the faith-based community.
In 2013, I retired from a distinguished 26 year career as a principal inspector/emergency management coordinator with the City of Los Angeles. In 2016, I retired as an adjunct assistant professor with Pasadena City College where I taught building construction/inspection courses.
