Toolkit--Strategies for a Culturally-Challenged World, over thirty years of experience each in the education (Payne) and telecom (Kutza) sectors. This book provides a systematic approach to assessing and successfully responding to the many complex situations that people encounter in our rapidly-changing world.
    They take the basic principles of our book and integrate them into workshops, presentations and game shows that focus on cultural awareness and cultural competency.
