I am a Medical Doctor who is passionate about health promotion, disease prevention and living your best life.
In 2014 I trained as a Lu Jong Yoga Teacher as I wanted to share a simple yet effective practice with patients who needed help beyond the scope of what my Western medical training provided.
I also trained in Western Medical Acupuncture, as I found it personally beneficial during a very stressful time in my work life.
I wanted to make yoga and acupuncture more aaccessible to patients.
I believe we can help people improve their health and wellbeing by combining Eastern and Western medical knowledge and practices in a responsible manner.
I started teaching the Five Elements Movements online during the covid pandemic, and was really struck by how beneficial people found it for their physical and mental wellbeing.
I love the beautiful simplicity, versatility and relevance of the Tibetan practices and their ability to connect us with ourselves, other people and nature. I have since expanded my knowledge and teach Tog Chöd wisdom sword practice, Shiné Calm-abiding Meditation and train teachers in Lu Jong Yoga.
