My name is Gavin or Chefgav. I  have worked internationally in five star hotels including the Queen Elizabeth 11 cruise ship and was contracted extensively around Australia from Carins to West Austalia. I have has worked for the rich and famous including millionaire and billionaires in his 30 year career as a chef.I have also worked for Le cordon Bleu as the the  Lead Victorian trainer. Now unable to work as a chef due to arthritis and mental health, I am focussing on try to help others find the joy in cooking. I  also have  2 cookbooks,  Naked Vegan Chef Gav, and Omg Gluten Free  Gourmet. Chefgav is a French trained chef form near  Newcastle, North East England. He has a penchant for David Bowie and secretly wanted to be a stuntman. He lives in Ballarat near Melbourne Australia.
