Sheila comes with rich experience of 35 plus years in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain and related industries where she worked with MNC Shipping Company for 10 years and started their Logistics division. She was Country Head India and had opportunity to spread accross India with sustainable logistics services. Sheila also had South Asia Regional responsibility for Service delivery, Key Account Management, Operations before she decided to quit corporate job and start on her own consultancy services.
Sheila possess excellent knowledge and capabilities of Building Teams, Hiring, Training, Coaching, Mentoring individuals at all levels. She built Leadership pipeline within the company and gave opportunities to many individuals to grow in their Career Path. She was instrumental in bringing women talent in logistics and supply chain industry, gave them opportunities and assisted them to achieve great heights.
