My practical travel experience from thirteen years of airline experience travelling the world, together with the technical experience of being in car rental, cards, forex, corporate services, travel agent, corporate and public sector travel manager and specialist, managing extremely large travel accounts, more than equips me to share this in-depth knowledge of the industry with others. I also supplemented the travel wisdom with a globally recognised procurement and supply chain diploma through the renowned CIPS institute in the UK. I specialise in travel courses for administrators, bookers, approvers, cost center managers, finance managers and executive teams by helping them to understand this complex commodity. These modules cover accommodation, air travel, transfers, car rental, payment systems, risk management, data analysis and reporting as wll as ensuring special needs' travellers receive the support they need when travelling on company business. I am also a certified life transformation coach, offering self-development and coaching courses to equip people from all walks of life to live their lives from a vantage point of knowledge and skill in their chosen areas of learning. With topics ranging from setting personal boundaries, to single-parenting, to overcoming abusive or toxic relationships, there are courses to suit everyone's needs.
