Pieter du Toit is the Principal Consultant with VNI Consultants.  He is the founder of the EduNomix™ exclusive eLearning Institute and the architect of BluAgile™ Methodology used for Cloud Integration of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).  He owns and runs VNI Consultants since 1997, a small consultancy firm specialising in Organisational Development and Change Management.
Pieter is also the CIO at the Applied Creativity Institute for applied creative business development, an independent Senior Consultant with DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) and Faculty at The Da Vinci Institute for the Management of Technology.
He held various other posts in a number of organisations and industries that range from the Aviation Industry as an Air Traffic and Mission Controller, the Mining Industry as a Human Resources Manager, and the Construction, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Transport Industries as a Business Consultant, including owning and managing a travel agency.
As a change management and competency improvement consultant, Pieter’s areas of specialisation include project management, business analysis, diagnostic and research-based assignments, process engineering, systems development, training, coaching and behaviour change implementation. His more recent consulting assignments have been performed at Air Traffic Navigation Services (ATNS), Basil Read (St Helena Isl.), Ma’aden Gold (Int.), Hindustan Zink (Int.), Goldfields (Int. & RSA), Glencore (Int. & RSA), Wits Health Consortium (WHC), and Impala Platinum. Internationally, he has delivered projects in countries such as India, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Brazil, Australia, Zambia, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia, Mozambique and various European Countries.
Pieter has also lectured at The Graduate Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT) and The LR Group. Subjects taught include Travel Agency Management and Entrepreneurship. He also teaches Business Strategy, Leadership, Business Management, Safety Management and Information Communication Technology. More recently he has been facilitating part-time at The Da Vinci Institute for the Management of Technology, in the following subjects: Change Management, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Organisation Behaviour, Research and a wide range of Creativity Management, and Aviation Management modules.
