My spiritual curiosity and deep desire for freedom have taken me on adventures around the world. I have been fortunate to go through Gestalt Awareness Studies and have had the opportunity to experience many techniques that incorporate therapy and spirituality. I completed the Power of Awareness training from the University of California-Berkeley, Greater Good Science Center and ATI and training in HP für psychotherapy at the Christoph Mahr Institute in Berlin.
I also trained with top experts in modern psychology and neuroscience such as Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk and Tara Brach, on topics such as the treatment of trauma and pain of abandonment. I believe that an integrative approach to humanity's pain, in which the body, mind, emotions and spirit have their equally important place, is the future of the healing arts.
My work is based on four overlapping domains: embodied movement, somatic practice, mindfulness, and expressive arts, which contain a wealth of tools and resources that allow you to approach and discover yourself from a new perspective. IT'S A UNIFIED SOMATIC APPROACH TO SELF CARE & RESILIENCE with a deeper understanding of the body’s relationship with social, environmental, developmental, relational, spiritual, and cultural wounding and healing. Body intelligence plays a large role in my work. It is an often untapped resource in personal development and psychotherapy, yet the story told through "somatic narrative" - gestures, posture, prosody, facial expression, gaze, and movement- is sometimes more meaningful than a story told in words. What is unspoken but preserved with our bodies is as important as the dialogue and contact dynamics during a session with me.
