Ligaya Malay is a certified ManyChat Educator Partner. She is also serving a social media agency in New Zealand as the Chatbot Conversologist. She's running her own chatbot agency, Your Chatbot Empire Builders which is also a ManyChat Agency Partner.Before she bumped into creating and building chatbots, she was a lead generation specialist. She started working online when she was 5-months pregnant to her third child in 2016. She decided to stop working online when she gave birth. In 2017, when her son turned 1, she decided to get back to her online journey.She was so grateful to learn about ManyChat. She began to fell in love with Conversational UX designs. She also explored other chatbot platforms but she keeps coming back to use and recommend ManyChat to her clients. In 2018, she started sharing her chatbot skills and expertise to the biggest online community of aspiring and existing virtual professional in the Philippines known as Filipina Homebased Moms.
After giving back to her community of moms, she's now extending her reach to every chatbot enthusiasts all over the world who wants to learn from her.
