Peter (Coxey) grew up in one of the toughest areas of Western Sydney Australia and struggled in the school system and working for somebody else after graduating with a Bachelor of Business in 1984.
He knew he was capable of more and so along with his wife, started their first business with $11 in the bank in 1998. 
This business has now expanded into 29 countries with a sales force of over 15,000 people in 12 different languages and an annual turnover of approx. $20mn USD.  
Peter established Leadership Dynamics in 2003 to allow him to better share his global leadership experience to build high-performance teams and businesses. Since then, Peter has worked with many SME’s and professional sporting coaches and teams to help them achieve their vision and improve the lives of their people.
Peter is also the author of two books “Your Business Shouldn’t Need You” and “The Dream is Everything”. In these, he talks about the life and leadership strategies and principles he’s learned over the last 30 years from his own hands-on experience and from his mentors, that have helped fuel his success.
