I have always loved teaching, especially kindergarten. After graduating with a BA (honours) in Performance Arts, I started teaching music, movement, and drama, and then transitioned into the classroom. I have taught in a number of schools over the years including Montessori, HighScope, and Reggio Emilia philosophies. Young children have an innate love for learning that is so special and magical. Their minds are open and their enthusiasm is boundless. I have been teaching this age group for 30 years!
My Hatchling Curriculum lessons are a complete ready-to-teach all-subject curriculum for individual, group, classroom, and homeschool learning. The fun, creative, and themed activities promote individualized learning through hands-on exploration and discussion. There are many alternatives and suggestions within the lessons that will extend the learning experience and can be used to adjust the materials to the individual learning stages of each child.
