This would be my sharing project.

I have always been interested in knowing the 'how's and 'why's of taking good care of oneself - health and beauty wise. Obsessed with research, experiment and information, I have been absorbing and absorbing for a long time. I think it's time for me to give back and share some of what I know.

Over the years, I found out that we already have the resources to keep our body healthy and happy. A healthy, happy body keeps us grounded and energetic and that opens doors to infinite possibilities to whatever we want to achieve with our lives.

I am dedicated in helping others discover their strength, resources, values; in terms of health and beauty. That means one: understanding how our bodies work. Two: recognizing the resources that we already possess and three: tapping into those resources, using what we were born with to our advantage.

With my creative background, I am experienced in compiling and expressing ideas and information in an efficient and interesting manner. That helped immensely in my presentation of the ideas to you here.

These courses are designed to awaken the slumbering systems in our body, with sustainable and practical ways, simply by massaging.

I believe awareness, information , and application of that information; will make a difference.
