Meredith Miller is a holistic coach, author and speaker, helping people to self-heal after toxic relationships. Her mission is to bridge the gap between trauma and purpose. She teaches the mindsets, tools and actions to help others recover after relational trauma. In the post-2020 climate, Meredith's work is focused on helping people self-heal from their traumas so they can step into leadership positions in their families and communities now and in the aftermath of these tumultuous times of transformation. Meredith's own healing journey began in the year 2000 with a severe illness, then a Near Death Experience in 2003, which led her to pursue a new direction in life. She has trained extensively in the holistic healing arts and personal development for over a decade. Meredith is continually researching and training in her fields of interest. The diversity of her studies spans from an Ivy League education to apprenticing with a mystic in the Andes Mountains of Peru. As a survivor of over three decades of psychological and sexual abuse, Meredith's specialty is a holistic approach to recovery after narcissistic abuse and other forms of relational trauma. Her clients continually say that she “gets it” in a way that only someone who has been through it could. This is why her coaching clients and video audience trust in her expertise.
