Hey there! I'm Amy, a Pediatric Dietitian and a mommy of a growing toddler.

As a first-time mom of a growing toddler, I have experienced first-hand the conflicting and overwhelming information (and opinions!) on introducing solids and feeding our little ones.

When I had my baby 4 years ago, I started getting a lot of outdated and incorrect information on breastfeeding, starting solids and feeding my child. Everyone seems to have their own opinion and advice on how I should be feeding my child, but none of them are evidence-based! I quickly realized those other families out there are being fed the same crappy information- often leaving them feeling confused and stuck wondering if “they are doing the right thing”! All parents want to be able to provide the best for their little ones - nutrition should not be this confusing and challenging to navigate! Especially where nutrition matters the MOST in the early years.

I started hosting nutrition workshops with the goal of providing a safe, comfortable place for parents to get up-to-date, evidence-based information so they can feel confident and empowered in making their own choices and decisions when it comes to feeding their children.
