Anxiety and panic is a terrible life burden and having phobia added to that burden, life can be unbearable. I exprienced it all--from panic attacks starting at age 12. I am living proof that anyone can recover and live life without fear.
My training as a certified anxiety and phobia therapist was obtained and completed at the world renown Anxiety and Phobia Center, located in White Plains New York. Prior to this remarkable and extensive training, I was a particpant in the actual program and experienced first hand the proven techniques that I utlize in my guidance to those who particpate in my workshps and therapy work sessions.
As I guide those who are in the grips of anxiety/ panic and phobias, the process of recovery occurs quickly as you commit to the work of that recovery. You are, in my presence, provided with compassion and true understanding as I have truly "walked in your shoes."
