I am on a mission to help individuals and organisation alike with personal development or organisational development services. I am specifically here to share knowledge and experience in Resource Mobilisation through speaking, training, tutoring, coaching or proposal development services.
Having spent over 15 years working for Not-for-Profit Organisations including national and international not-for-profit organisations and a public university sourcing and translating unrestricted and restricted funds into impactful goods and services for communities and funders alike. I know how challenging it can be when you have resource mobilisation responsibilities and you don't know where to begin or keep getting rejections. I have been there before and it's not a nice place to be.
In my previous roles, I sourced for over $65m from DFID now FCDO, JICA, SIDA, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, National Institute of Health and a local corporate company. At the Public University i was responsible for pre and post award activities.
I am passionate about building skills in resource mobilisation and its facets - grants / proposal writing and fundraising in not-for-profit environments.
