Founder of The Independents' Consultant, an online learning business dedicated to helping Independent Management Consultants develop the Consulting capabilities required for success. 
We work with Independent Management Consultants at any stage of their career but the greatest benefit will be felt within the first 5 years of becoming Independent. Whatever your Industry, Subject Matter Expertise or global location, our online learning modules will guide you.
My career has spanned almost 40 years. This includes 14 years of international line management experience with a leading multi-national and 9 years Consulting with a top Business Transformation Consultancy firm. For the past 17 years I have been an Independent Consultant working with businesses ranging from SMEs to FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 companies. 
Most recently I am coaching Independent Partners within a Business to Business Coaching and Consulting organisation which transforms the sales and profits of SMEs in the UK.

Our goal is to help them gain more clients, reduce gaps between contracts and increase their daily rates.
This is being achieved by taking big consulting firm know-how and building it into comprehensive, structured and practical guidance, tailored to Independent Consultants.
The online learning programmes help Independent Consultants develop the business transformation, consulting and project delivery capabilities that are essential for success.
All the tools and techniques have been successfully tried and tested by clients and as it is all online, individuals can learn at a pace and a place that suits them.

Initial 2 year period working with SMEs in the South East of England growing their top and bottom lines (under the Quantum Organisation brand).
Subsequent client engagements have been with leading global organisations, mostly within Life Sciences, averaging 1 year's duration and always including extension requests.
All contracts have been gained through strong reputation, trust and excellent client / peer relationships.
Have now adapted the business model to support other Independent Consultants in their endeavours to command higher fees, longer contracts and more extensions, through The Independents' Consultant.
