I founded The Crabtree Group to bring clarity, strategy, and energy to the business of dentistry. Formerly a high level sales executive, I discovered that my strong skill set of identifying areas in need of improvement and creating processes and providing solutions, applied to every business. While working closely with a dental practice 22 years ago, I found that dentistry had a particular need for this service and the focus of The Crabtree Group became clear.
My management style focuses on the successful creation of team, and builds on that foundation to create massive results in all departments of the healthcare practice. In just the first year of joining my program, offices on average boast a remarkable 48% increase in production and collection (usually within the first 12 months), while in many instances working fewer days. My services cover a broad spectrum of dental practice management services from business systems, accountability, leadership training, tracking implementation, technology, communication, sales training, as well as dental marketing strategies. I provide deep immersion and group coaching to deliver solutions for every situation and budget. My unique experience in sales and training, coupled with unrelenting dedication, bring my clients success as business owners not just dentists.
