Philicia Alice, surname Penney, specializes in alternative workwear. She hosts an online style school called ALTstyle, which caters to unique and creative individuals. She studied 9 months at the Toronto Film School's Fashion Design program before beginning entrepreneurship. Philicia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, and has extensive experience with her previous career in mental health and addictions support. She excelled in visual arts in high school to the point of being enrolled in 3rd-year classes in only her 1st year. Today, she both designs alternative workwear and hosts ALTstyle for teaching professional attire. 
Philicia also is the sole proprietor that owns BougieEarth.com, a website for stylish and eco-friendly health, beauty and travel products. In her spare time, she enjoys vegan eats and visits museums and galleries for insight and inspiration.
