Vicki Escude, MA, MCC, CH, owner of Executive Leadership Coaching, is an international pioneer in the coaching profession.  She offers coach training and mentoring, leadership coaching, seminars, team development, as well as keynote speeches globally.
Escude is the author of several coaching books:  Beyond Beliefs:Transformational Coaching with HEART* (2017); Personal Mastery: Secrets of Your Success Coach (2016); Transformational Leadership with Humility and Grace (2013); Create Your Day With Intention, translated into English, Portuguese, Spanish and French, and several other books and recordings.
She was among the first coach educators at University of Texas-Dallas and Success Unlimited Network, and was a founder of Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance.  She has been selected by training organizations globally to present the HEART* Mindset Coaching Approach for Change and Transformation. 
Active in the International Coach Federation to promote the professionalism of coaching since 1998, she was elected to the Global Board of Directors of the ICF for the 2005 to 2008 term, and served on the 2015-2016 Board of Directors of ICF-Charlotte, NC.
