The Essence of Lean Learning Center offers a unique learning program for business owners and corporate frontline managers. The program helps students to understand and learn the essential Lean techniques that have been broadly accepted by large corporations as process improvement methods but are not so well known as people management methods that can be used by frontline managers to transform their corporate culture from the bottom up.
