The Valverde System is a proven and complete mental toughness program based on state-of-the-art technology and a personalized approach. This program includes Dr. Valverde's unlimited phone consultations with you and your parents and coaches for a period of six months, one year, or five years. Dr. Valverde uses a Profile Analysis as a tool to assess key mental toughness traits in you and tailors the program to your needs. He also analyzes videos of your matches and produces them for personalized soundtracks. These books are the result of Dr. Valverde's research and professional experience working with professional, college, and junior tennis players since 1988. They explain the latest breakthroughs in the understanding of brain functioning and the application of this knowledge for mental toughness training. It also includes several videos and 26 soundtracks of which 12 are instructions and the rest are to be used with a light and sound system – a mind-conditioning device that reduces stress, and anxiety and produces several brain wave patterns such as Alpha, Theta, and Delta. Some of these mental wave patterns facilitate the internalization of the audio’s content into the subconscious mind.
