Have you ever stopped to wonder why some people’s presence is a distraction, while others fire you up and help you get things done?

This activity will help you evaluate who is “at your table”, or in your inner circle, and how they influence you in terms of your goals and accomplishments. You will look at your character strengths and how they interact with the strengths of those around you.

You will create a table with the people who are “constants” in your life. Then you will consider what they bring and how that impacts you: your motivation, energy, excitement, and accomplishments.

Finally, you will answer reflection questions that will prepare you to develop a plan to meet your big, bold, audacious goals. You will come away knowing the combination of strengths that help you achieve your dreams.
