With my natural interest in cooking and experience of 54 years of vegetarian cooking, I have prepared a downloadable recipes book.
Since 2005 I use to teach East Indian vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free cooking classes and during covid-19 I was not able to teach classes and some students were asking for more recipes so finally, I prepared this book. Some traditional dishes and some recipes were created by me.
