What is needed is the removal of the party system and replacing it with a system of Platforms that one must progress up through from the bottom to the top. This way no one would be at the top if he had not climbed all the rungs of the ladder. It would be mandatory for any who wants to serve in government. The new government will consist of the following five divisions starting with the highest in authority and down from there.

The country division, Judicial division, city/state division, world division, and medical division. social security would also be restructured as would the prison system.

The prisons would be restructured as schools where wrongdoers are re-educated and then recirculated back into our society. Animals can become more aware, more trained. They can progress in evolution in this respect.

Birth control for animals should be a part of all commercial pet food. We need a new health plan for the new century. The best plan to date is one that would be for all areas of the government – not just federal – to subsidize all medical care and not just that of those on medicare.

The homes for people to live in will be unlike any imagined today. Housing will be a thing of perfect beauty and everything in them will work in harmony. Modules or components of houses will be the wave of the future, as far as affordable housing for everyone inhabiting the earth.

The school system will be overhauled financially. This will be done in two stages. The first stage will be the voucher system and the second method of funding is called the Education seed system where the central government of each country puts aside an “education seed” for each child as it is born. This seed is added to each year on the child’s birthday as a government stipend.
