There are many ways to publish books and no shortage of how-to books on the subject. My goal is to make this book different by focusing on one method that has worked for me repeatedly in writing several books and publishing over 60 paperback books, including this one, and many digital and hardcover books. This book will give you all the instructions you need to publish a book with almost no investment except for the cost of printing. No single book can answer all the questions that come up while writing and self-publishing, but this one contains a straightforward, proven method to write and publish your book and distribute it worldwide.

You won’t find any theory or experimentation. Everything here is based entirely on my first-hand experience, not on research, surveys, or interviews with anyone else. I’m not implying that those are not valid sources of information or methods. This book isn't based on them. I believe that first-hand experience conveys assurance based on the direct knowledge of the author and, therefore, a certainty that the methods described are tested. I also assure the reader that he or she will experience a successful outcome by following the instructions.

I covered every step, beginning with the idea, creating the outline, the draft, the final manuscript, the print-ready file, proofs, and the book. With a little effort and study, you should be able to design and format the interior of your book. Those who have some graphic software skills, or will learn them, should be able to create an attractive book cover.
