This product offers a unique Yoga therapy program to help you manage weight and celebrate your curves. Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that doesn’t strain your heart and helps you develop discipline and reduce the stress that can lead to compulsive or emotional eating.
This program consists of two routines, a 15-minute routine for people with limited time and a 33-minute routine with two parts. Part one of the longer program includes chair postures, while the second part combines floor postures, advanced breathing techniques, affirmations, and meditation.
