This is a tiered exercise network service with a community built around it. Think martial arts belts and a ranking system. In the EN exercise network (aka The EN), you will be able to choose from the list of exercises to perform and track your progress as you perform the Fit levels and training levels.

When you are ready, you may optionally submit an official test to gain recognition for your performance ability and acquire a ranking within our system. Plus, you may get a ranked tee shirt and certificate. In the community, there are community roles, as well. You can consult a critiquer to get tips on technique. You can employ a motivator to help keep you accountable and to keep you going with better efficiency. You can even participate and register in one or more roles yourself.
