As metabolic syndrome clusters (i.e., high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, high sugar, cardio-health issues) are becoming the norm for busy, career-focused professionals, people with unhealthy eating habits are wanting simple, daily strategies that maximize their health and wellness on a daily basis. They want simple, delicious, and nutritious ways to have focus and energy throughout the workday and after working hours.
How can you implement strategies that are backed by science and are becoming more popular in the medical field as people understand the role food and drink play in their daily health and wellness?
During this 12-week LIVE class-coaching course, we will focus on various parts of the body system that affect our health overall, the importance of nutrient-dense eating for these body systems, and how to proportion your "plate" when eating to maximize healthy, nutritious eating absorption for focus and energy. Each class will have handouts for simple, quick and easy, delicious and nutritious recipes (less than 6 ingredients) that you can prepare in the morning, the evening before going to work, or "batch" preparation for the work week ahead. The handouts will also include goals for the next 7 days.
Contrary to what many believe, living a life of health and wellness is not impossible to do (nor does it "break" your bank account). The key is knowledge and implementing simple, nutrient-dense food strategies that work to your advantage. This allows obtaining the vitamins, minerals, and other important compounds necessary for your body to be fully working at healthy, optimal levels resulting in focus and energy being the norm (not the exception) in both your work and personal life.

By the end of the 12-weeks, you will be knowledgeable and empowered in living a lifestyle of health and wellness on a daily basis. You will have implemented daily, simple strategies to take care of your body while becoming aware of the nutrients needed to maximize your health and wellness. As a result, metabolic syndrome will be minimized (if not non-existent) in your body, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, high sugar, and cardio health.
You will be able to share your knowledge and walk the talk with others as simple, healthy living becomes the norm to enjoying your life as a busy, career-focused professional.
Requirements
You should have knowledge of basic English (understanding, speaking, reading, and writing);
You should have a good internet connection as it will be interactive LIVE class for 12-weeks;
You should commit to 1 hour each week for 12 weeks (same day/time) to attend the LIVE class and participate;
Completion of a 5-question Quiz at the end of each LIVE class to assure you grasp the main points and ready to put into practice the next 7 days what you have learned - you will have access to seeing your scores and progress;
You should have the ability to download PDF handouts given each week that contain simple recipes, overview of the week's class and goals to achieve;
