This experiential 6 sessions program enables you to reconnect with your body and experience a neurophysiological process that brings a deep state of relaxation and inner calmness which transforms your life.
We will use TRE®, a Tension and Trauma release technique created by Dr. David Berceli. It uses the body’s innate intelligence to heal the body through specifically designed exercises to release deep muscular patterns of tension, stress, and trauma in the body. These exercises are not about fitness or strength, but we use these to re-establish a connection between the body and brainstem to create safety and induce a neurogenic muscle release in the body to heal, recover and reset the nervous system.
The release happens in all parts of the brain, limbic, cognitive, body, and brainstem, where memories are created and stored.

This class is for anyone who is barely coping, feels overwhelmed, stressed, often anxious, easily offended, constantly guarded, misunderstood, or bullied, moody, or has rage challenges, battling with anger management, depression, chronic pain/tension, or has experienced emotional, physical, or mental trauma/abuse, or is lethargic, has sleep difficulty, or just looking to improve your life or performance.
It consists of 6x sessions, 1-hour sessions per week for 6 weeks with weekly check-ins. We will evaluate your progress in the 5th/6th session with an option to extend.
You will need a gym mat, wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in, and 2x hand towels for the class.
