Side Lying Position
What will you learn in this live class?
Students will learn to apply pressure first on the foot of the straightened left leg, working all the way up the left leg to the torso and up to the head using the thumbs, elbows, forearms, and knees along the energy line of the massage receiver’s body.
Students can take turns after 25 minutes to allow each student to learn to both give and receive massage.
It is recommended to take the Face Up position first, of the 4 classes given, because Traditional Thai massage begins with the Face-Up position.
50-minute class time + 10-minute introduction and closing
We provide a certificate of attendance after completing four classes within three months of taking the first class for a 4-hour Certificate of Attendance. (Face Up, Face Down, Side Lying, and Sitting–Up Position classes).
If you do not have a massage class partner, you can still attend the classes.
Note: On rare occasions, We may need to cancel a session if there is insufficient registration. Of course, there should be more slots available at other times that week.
