About the Class

There are seven 3-hour sessions with a live certified CRO.  Everyone receives pre-work to complete prior to session one.

Each session will have homework and a brief survey to support the learnings and to demonstrate Mastery in the 10 required thinking and 5 required tool areas.

Approximately 1/3 of each class will be learning new material and the balance a combination of homework, reflection, Q&A, application, and integrating current/past learnings to create a complete CRO Thinking revenue context.

CRO Thinking is for organizations who are committed to an aligned science-based approach to predictable sales and profit growth.  These organizations want every silo and every individual on the same page to reduce the Cost of Chaos and to continually deliver greater buyer value that the seller gets paid appropriately for.

CRO Thinking is for individuals who are or will be part of the Revenue Generation process, want to add value and don’t want to add to the Cost of Chaos. These individuals may be individual performers, managers, leaders or on their way to be a Chief Revenue Officer.

For organizations and individuals achieving Mastery and Certification will mean no matter what the situation they will achieve Chief Revenue Officer Results (predictable growth of sales and profits with reduced Cost of Chaos).

Requirements

The sessions are open to all.  Organizations who want private sessions with just their team need to contract for that and require attendance.  It is assumed the organization’s members will be from more than one silo (3 or more preferred).  They may be current employees or new hires looking to fit in the revenue process and on the team.

Team members to be certified must be part of the Revenue Generation activities or looking for work in that area with a desire to learn and willingness to do the work.

Attendance is what a professional would do.  When someone can’t make a session inform the CRO leader, reach out to others in the program, get the session video and master the material including homework and surveys.

There will be a password protected landing page for each certification group.  The landing page will have all required information and content like pre-work, calendar, homework, survey results, videos from each session, etc.everything will be posted ASAP after each session – normally within one business day.

Certification is dependent on proven mastery.
