About the Class
This course is life skill oriented and starts by raising students' awareness of aspects of how our mind works. The content triggers one's awareness for self-sabotage, test run course concepts, and self-correction, as warranted using the concepts taught. It truly is a powering up of your capacity for more.

- The course is well suited for all ages, with youths and young adults especially encouraged to join the class.
