About the Class
This course is designed to provide those interested in starting a nonprofit the insider tools, and information they need to be successful in their endeavors to serve. The class basis will be taught from the perspective of a US Charitable organization, yet previous international attendees have been able to glean a significant amount of information to successfully use in their native countries.
In this course, you will learn how to start, operate and sustain a non-profit organization. Due to the granular details that will be provided, this course will be segmented into three (3)courses with ninety (90) minutes allotted for each part. We will have a theory, along with 15-20 minutes of Q and A during the sessions.
The following topics below, are a basic list of what we will cover throughout the course:
- Fundamentals of nonprofits and their functions.
- Classification coding of nonprofit entities.
- How to properly format your mission statement.
- How to create an impact statement.
- Properly create, structure, and submit a 501c3 package.
- Types of Charity Budgets.
- Programs and services regulations.
- Federal legalities and requirements for npos.
- State legalities and requirements npos.
- Charity assets, acquisitions, and regulations.
- Tax deductible nuances.
- Charity operations.
- Securing and Sustaining Funds.
- Fundraisers, Grants, and Endowments.
Upon successful completion of this each section of this course, the attendee should be equipped with more than enough information to start or restructure their own nonprofit organization and operate it efficiently as proposed.

Requirements
It is recommended that all three parts of the course be taken in order to receive a certificate of completion, optimal benefits, and usage of the content presented.
This first initial course (Starting November 1-3, 2022 @ 12:00 pm EST) will be done live on the specified date. After the initial (3-part) live sessions have been completed, the course will be offered in a pre-recorded video format at a future date. If an attendee's full payment is received in the middle of this first live round, they will be assigned to the next class that may be pre-recorded.
