Sam Won Gong is a very easy exercise. It is not like tearing your muscle and tearing your skin and restructuring your bones. But it is an exercise to re-structure your mind and body. Sam Won Gong is a practical exercise, which has certain techniques of stretching and techniques of movements, the technique of the breath, and technique of the concentration, and meditation. The mind and body will merge together through certain exercises. Then you will be merging into the meditative state. Once experienced, you will understand how this exercise will take you into meditation.
Sam Won Gong is a practical exercise, in which you will understand what is your metaphysical and physical level, and systematically how you can merge mind and body to make it one united completely.
This is an exercise to realize how you are perfect yourself. There is a theoretical and physical explanation, to understand and realize One’s Perfection.
Dr. Minchul says during his lectures, “It doesn’t matter, even if you think that no one can be perfect, but at the end of the course you must say that YES. I am perfect.”

Diseases of the physical body develop due to stable changes in the amount of energy that runs in the different parts of the Integral Energy System.
