We all breathe but we do not appreciate the importance of the Breath. Our breath is subtle and yet it is the most valuable link between our mind and body. The body can not survive more than a few minutes without the breath. The breath and the mind have a deep and important link.

The course will
a) Explore and give participants time tested tools to master their minds and emotions
b) Give tools to gain greater wellness both physically and mentally
c) Give some important aphorisms that can help guide us to live a calmer more peaceful life
d) Introduction to Meditation
e) Follow up sessions at regular intervals for participants
