Okay, what we're going to be covering is what I call a call to action a CTA. And I'm going to quickly pop over here. So you can kind of see where this fits in everything. We're here right now filling out to to full page CTAs or call to actions, you're gonna want one up front and one in the back. And it's mainly to join your email list. Most of these things, we're going to want to end up listing these books for free, because, like, basically attend to one, a book that's free is going to get downloaded 10 times more than a book that's 99 cents.

It's, it's just obvious, it's easy, free is free, and people want free and that's easy to say yes to 99 senses of commitment, and not everybody wants to do that. So you're gonna get a lot more value out of listing your book for free than for 99 cents and doing this exact same process. Let me tell you, it's it's more of a long term strategy. Are you going to see like a, you know, a few extra bucks in your account if you list them for 99 cents? Yeah, you'll make like a few extra bucks. A day or maybe 1020, who knows, that's cool.

But in the long term, it's gonna be so much more valuable, so much more valuable when they join your email list because when they join my email list, usually it gets over time and I talked about this in my book sales funnel secrets, that one email in my email list per month is worth $1. So if I have 1000 emails, I should be making about 1000 bucks a month with my value ladder fully established, you know that front end, middle and back. And then if I have 5000 emails, $5,000 a month 10,000 you get it. So when I have someone join via an Amazon book, or a lead magnet like this through KDP, that goes from $1 a month to like $4 and 33 cents or something like that for 35. It's, you know, up and down, but it's like $4 Plus, per email, so they're four times more valuable.

So it's like, oh, yeah, that person could have paid me $1 and I got $1 out of them, or they could join my email. Less than I could make $4 every single month, they're on my email list from them on average. Now is everyone who's going to join do that? No. But those Amazon people who join my list end up being buyers for much, much bigger things. I mean, like 2000 and $5,000 packages.

So it's like one person buys from that. It's like no brainer, I made way more money on that, then the entire year of selling my Katie p books, you know, on Amazon. So that's just what I often tend to do, because it's gonna have the most success for the most amount of people. Whereas if you try and make money from just Kindle publishing, it's going to be an uphill battle my friend. So I list these things for free. I make a full page called action kind of like this and I say something like, Do you need my help?

Do you need help? Do you know I'm not talking about another course product class or seminar I want to help you design and create the system for you. That sounds like something you'd be interested in. Click here. Now. This goes towards all of my emails.

Marketing books and my sales funnel books and I buy sales, copy book books, because this is all towards my coaching what I help people with. Now, if this wasn't an Amazon book, this wouldn't be a good call to action because I don't have any coaching programs just based on Amazon alone. You know, I may have this course like the one I'm making even now that could help answer more questions, but no, it's not gonna be the ultimate. So I want to really include calls to action, where people can then move on to join an email list usually, and when they join this list, they'll join my list and they'll start getting a pitch to you about my coaching services regarding email marketing, sales funnels and copywriting that those those sales business funnels. And that's mainly where I have that segmentation of my list if I sell anyone on social media, Amazon blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, etc.

They'll go into different lists, and then contact them with different thing sometimes like one of my Udemy courses, you know, I've made something that talks about Amazon. And I made something that talks about social media. So I'll have them buy courses like that, and I can monetize them for sometimes 10 $20 per person per purchase. And it's a really cool thing. So, again, when I do that, I'm gonna get a lot more money in the long term than in the short term, if I charge something, but you have to have calls to action, they have to be in the front of the page, you know, right after the title or whatever your your cover is, the next image should be, hey, when you're done with this, you need my help, you know, I'd love to help you click on click on this image or go here I'll usually have a URL embedded in it.

And it'll say go to WWW dot bak dash Miller com forward slash, you know, freebie or book or sign up or something like that. And then they can literally type that in. If they can't click the link for any unknown reason, they can then type that link and they can go visit that But most times, they'll just be able to click the link, they're sent right off, and they're able to, obviously access that web browser. Now, if you're using like a Kindle Fire or things like that, they don't have access to the internet, per se like that. At least as far as I remember, I may be wrong. But those types of things, obviously, they're not going to show those links.

So that's why you're gonna want to have it physically there, go here, and you know, to get my to get my help or to get my PDF or my freebie that I'm giving you. And then once they've joined your email list, immediately redirect them after they hit that opt in, they'll get sent their freebie, whatever they signed up for, but then you'll go over, and I'll draw this out for you guys real quick. They'll go over, and then there'll be pitched on the next product. So here you have a you know KDP book And then inside that book, there's gonna be a CTA, and then that CTA is going to take them over here. It's gonna, you know, maybe have some picture, something to say. And then place where they can opt in.

Once they opt in, in the background, they're going to be getting an email sent off with whatever you had in here, you know that that thing that you're talking about, so that that's the freebie. So you don't need to worry about that anymore. Immediately after this, you want to redirect them and put them onto your sales page. And then your sales page obviously, there's your Buy Now button, maybe some testimonials or something like that. And here we go says buy. So once they have this, that's kind of the process that goes through all of this.

All of this all This is gonna happen in one to five minutes. So happens so freaking quick like, it's just unbelievable. People will just go, Oh, what's that freebie boom, call to action, you know, they go from there, they may click on it, they may have to enter the address, they land on that opt in page from this opt in, they'll sign in their email, I suggest only asking for their email, keeping it simple and easy. And if you don't have to design squeeze pages or landing pages, get my Udemy course on how to build the perfect squeeze page or opt in page and you'll learn all about this, you can get literally 50% opt in rates, that's what I normally aim for. If you're getting anything below, there's things that you can improve simple as best that's why I'm going to keep it mainly is simple as best if you have a really long opt in page that doesn't fit all within the screen you have to scroll down to that opt in page probably most times not always true, but most the time.

So once they opt in, boom sent to the sales page sales page, they're going to either buy or not if they don't You have their email. So now you can remarket to them for literally 10 cents. For every 1000 emails sent out that is just like ungodly, like, you can basically contact a 10,000 email list for 30 bucks a month. That's how much it would cost you. I mean, you have the largest ROI. beyond anything else I've ever done.

SEO is the closest second, but it's not even a close second. I mean, with email, you can literally get like 40 to $50 ROI for every $1 you invest. It's just insane. So you want to monetize from email, get their email, you can market to them over and over again. And if you're wondering, how do I market to them over and over again, I'm not going to really cover that here, unfortunately. But inside building the squeeze page, I talk a little bit about how to communicate with them using something I call a soap, which I got from Andre Andre.

Chaperon. Russell Brunson, Sid Michaels, and a Seinfeld sequence, which allows you to basically build them up so that they're attracted to this specific star character. And then they every day are talking about events in the life of that character and how this thing that they're going to be interested in on the sales page has affected that star character. So alright. I know that was quite a bit, but that's what how the call to action all fits in. So again, you want one call to action?

At the front, and one at the beginning. Alright. So, CTA here, CTA there. And then of course, you're probably going to have your cover. So that's where all that happens. And then after this, you may have your, you know, intro table of contents, you know, And the rest of the story on and on and on.

And then at the very end, the very, very, very last page is a call to action. Why so close to the front? Why so close to the beginning, because when people want to go back and access these materials, this is the first thing that always comes across their, their mind. This is the last thing that always comes across from their mind. Now in terms of neuro linguistic programming and learning, the first thing that you see or the last thing that you see are how most people have memories of anything. And everything that's in between simply is there because the front image and the back of the image fills in that missing data.

It happens the same when you try and read something. Um, gosh, I wish I could remember the exact scientific name of it, but you can spell a word and you would spell it incorrectly and people will still read that his word, even though it's wore off Because we identify by the first letter, the first picture and the last and through that we go, Oh, it's it's probably word, probably, you know, it could be world. But that that's where our minds quickly identify. And then we see the arm go Oh, word. So that's why we placed call to actions where we do and not kind of in between I do you know, suggest if you have natural places you can place it in between do so clickable links where they can go off to, that's going to make obviously more relevant where you have many CTAs here and here.

But these are here are unskipable. You need these. They need to be full page, they need to be an image. And then at the end, they should have you know, a URL. If you can't click here, go to this URL. And that's it.

So that's all you need for calls to action in order to be successful when it comes to giving your books away for free on KDP
