Learners will get comprehensive knowledge about the four cornerstones of the coaching model and how they influence the coaching outcome in a session. The final end of the chapter is with the group learning exercise highlighting the ICF Core Competencies (establishing and maintaining agreements (CC3), active listening (CC6), evoking awareness (CC7), and facilitating client growth (CC8)) and the various behavioral indicators.
